Our curriculum is developed by a team of seasoned recruiting professionals with decades of hands-on experience in agency, RPO, corporate, boutique,  and remote hiring environments. We’ve taken what we’ve learned in the real world — sourcing strategies, ATS tools, candidate outreach, client management, and more — and turned it into practical, easy-to-follow training designed for today’s job market. 

But we know that learning new skills is just one piece of the puzzle. That’s why Recruiting University also offers access to professional resume writers and career coaches who specialize in helping people land their first job in a new industry. Whether you're starting from scratch or changing direction, we provide the support you need to stand out — with polished application materials, career guidance, and optional 1:1 coaching.
